Lead Solution Architect - Modern Product Engineering

A forward-deployed solver (fds) and the technical architect for cutting-edge software engineering solutions, directly leading design, execution, and real-world impact for our clients' AI-powered transformations.

You are a technically accountable, outcome-delivering, forward-deployed solver (fds) , directly shaping and driving AI-powered transformation from the first principles through exceptional software engineering.

You'll be a Directly Responsible Individual (DRI) for co-innovating and technically realizing transformative business outcomes with client stakeholders by solving differently and relentlessly questioning the status quo. You lead the architectural charge from concept to production.

Let's be clear: this is not your typical software architect role where success is measured solely in diagrams and theoretical designs. Here, you get into the weeds, leading with a process-first mindset, as the fellow engineers evlos (solve differently) intelligent outcomes; while you remain 100% accountable for the technical solutions proposed, their quality, and the real outcomes realized in production.

Responsibilities :

This isn't a 'diagrams-and-decks' role. You are the founder, the architect, and the Directly Responsible Individual (DRI) for both strategizing and executing transformative client business outcomes as an AI-native engineering-led modern tech consultancy.

Your mission is to partner with visionary clients, leverage our 'solver DNA' to disrupt traditional processes and genuinely futurify clients' business operations to create 'real value' through cutting-edge software solutions

• Architectural Pedigree: 12+ years of progressive experience in modern software engineering solutions architecture , specifically driving AI-driven, cloud-native, and data-centric transformation journeys with a strong process-first mindset.
• Technical Growth Leadership: Proven track record of architecting and delivering complex, high-impact software solutions that directly enable significant net-new services revenue and expand client engagements.
• Client-Facing Technical Lead: experience as a lead software engineer and technical architect in client-facing roles, directly building, implementing, and advising on complex solutions, consistently acting as the trusted technical authority for strategic clients.
• Locally Tuned Ecosystem Navigation: Possesses deep understanding of the regional technical terrain—including client environments, hyperscaler platforms (e.g., GCP, AWS), key ISVs, and AI platforms—enabling immediate impact and effective solution design from day one.
