Job Title: Senior HR Executive

Experience: 1-4 years

Job Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

  • Full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates across various functions.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines using LinkedIn, job portals, and other sourcing tools.
  • Manage onboarding processes, ensuring smooth integration of new hires.
  • Support HR operations including employee records management, attendance, leave, and HR reporting.
  • Assist in implementing HR policies, procedures, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring needs and workforce planning.
  • Participate in employee relations, performance management, and HR compliance activities.

Requirements:

  • 1-4 years of experience in HR, with a strong focus on talent sourcing and recruitment.
  • Hands-on experience with sourcing tools, job portals, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Good understanding of HR operations and policies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
