Job Title: HR Admin
Location: Kolkata
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Coordinate recruitment activities and onboarding formalities.
- Prepare and manage attendance and leave reports.
- Assist in employee engagement initiatives.
- Handle daily office administration and vendor coordination.
- Manage stationery, housekeeping, and facility requirements.
- Support HR in drafting letters and other official communication.
Requirements:
- Graduate / Postgraduate in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to maintain confidentiality.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
