Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
  • Coordinate recruitment activities and onboarding formalities.
  • Prepare and manage attendance and leave reports.
  • Assist in employee engagement initiatives.
  • Handle daily office administration and vendor coordination.
  • Manage stationery, housekeeping, and facility requirements.
  • Support HR in drafting letters and other official communication.

Requirements:

  • Graduate / Postgraduate in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to maintain confidentiality.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
