Technical Requirements:Minimum 7 years of SAP industry experience with ABAP development in IS-Utilities CRM/ISU module. Hands-on SAP CRM/ISU ABAP programming with at least one full implementation in SAP IS-U.Proficient in Object-Oriented ABAP (OOABAP): modular programming, small methods, and clean coding practices. Able to independently take up tasks, develop, test thoroughly, and deliver.

Well-documented code practices with comprehensive comments before logic blocks and within lines. Collaborative team player with cross-functional coordination capability. Educational Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent professional qualification (mandatory). Associate degree or higher preferred.

Responsibilities:Technical development and enhancement in SAP CRM module. Develop and enhance SAP Web UI components. Perform ABAP programming – Reports, Interfaces, Enhancements, BADIs.

Special focus on ISU module-specific development. Conduct debugging and performance tuning. Familiarity with SAP ODATA services is a plus.

Independently handle tasks and deliver with ownership. Additional Requirements:Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude. Capable of completing assignments independently with minimal supervision.

Strong leadership skills to drive the team when needed. Demonstrates effective presentation and stakeholder communication abilities.
