Lead SAP S/4HANA Developer

The primary role of this position is to lead the design, development, customization, and integration of SAP S/4HANA solutions that align with business needs.

  • Design, develop, and maintain system architecture and design patterns for SAP S/4HANA applications.
  • Develop and maintain APIs, microservices, and backend applications within SAP S/4HANA environments.
  • Ensure high performance and scalability by continuously optimizing code, queries, and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements, pain points, and use cases, ensuring user-centric outcomes.
  • Implement and monitor test strategies, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices for SAP projects.
  • Apply security best practices to safeguard enterprise data, including encryption and compliance measures.

Required Skills:

  • Strong hands-on expertise in SAP S/4HANA development and integration.
  • Proficiency in ABAP/ABAP on HANA and related SAP programming tools.
  • Practical proficiency in at least two programming languages (e.g., Java, Python) OR advanced expertise in one.
  • Solid knowledge of CI/CD, DevOps practices, and agile methodologies.

Experience Requirements:

  • 10+ years of overall IT experience.
  • 8+ years in SAP development, with strong focus on S/4HANA.
  • Proven experience mentoring and guiding teams in SAP/software engineering best practices.
