The Incumbent will be responsible for-

MIS Development and Management-

  1. Design & maintain a scalable MIS framework to support consistent and accurate business reporting.

  2. Automate reporting processes using ERP Systems for efficiency and accuracy.

  3. Ensure data integrity through regular audits and continuous system improvements based on business needs.

Budgeting Oversight-

  1. Lead annual budgeting and forecasting cycles, coordinating departments to ensure alignment with strategic goals.

  2. Monitor budget performance regularly, analyzing variances and providing actionable insights to stakeholders.

  3. Standardize budgeting processes to improve accuracy, transparency and efficiency across the organization.

Performance Monitoring-

  1. Track key business metrics and KPIs to assess performance against budget, forecasts and strategic targets.

  2. Identify performance gaps and trends, providing data-driven recommendations for improvement.

  3. Develop and maintain performance dashboards to support timely and important decision-making by Leadership.

Data Analysis and Insights-

  1. Analyse financial and operational data to uncover trends and opportunities for improvements.

  2. Provide actionable insights to support strategic planning, cost optimization, and performance enhancements.

  3. Develop ad-hoc reports and deep-dive analyses to support leadership and cross functional team.

Reporting & Compliance-

  1. Ensure timely and accurate preparation of management reports aligned with internal and external requirements.

  2. Maintain compliance with financial regulations, internal policies and audit standards.

  3. Standardize reporting formats and processes to ensure consistency across business units and regions.

  4. Support external and internal audits by providing relevant data, documentation and analysis as needed.

Cross-functional Collaboration-

  1. Work closely with Finance, Operations and other teams to align budgeting, reporting and performance goals.

  2. Facilitate communication and data sharing across departments to drive informed decision- making.
