Job Title: Analytics Architect

As an Analytics Architect, you'll be a key player in building and scaling our innovative data and business intelligence solutions. You will lead and work alongside a talented team to design, develop, and deploy robust and scalable analytics solutions using Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC). Your work will be crucial in transforming complex data into meaningful insights, directly impacting our clients' business decisions and creating premiere data-driven products.

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and architecture of complex business intelligence and data warehousing solutions, considering scalability, security, and performance.
  • Act as the subject matter expert on Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC), providing technical leadership and mentoring to junior engineers.
  • Design and implement data models, dashboards, and reports within OAC to meet client business requirements.
  • Design and develop operational reports and analyses using OTBI (Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence) and BI Publisher.
  • Define and enforce data modeling standards, ETL best practices, and governance for the OAC platform.
  • Collaborate with engineering leadership and cross-functional teams to translate business needs into effective analytics solutions.
  • Ensure seamless data integration from various source systems into OAC and other data repositories.
  • Proactively identify and solve complex technical challenges related to data quality, performance, and reporting.

Must-Have Skills

  • Deep, hands-on expertise in Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC), including its core components such as Data Visualization, Semantic Models, and Enterprise Analytics.
  • Expertise in data modeling, data warehousing concepts, and dimensional modeling.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with various database technologies.
  • Proven expertise in building reports and dashboards using OTBI and BI Publisher.
  • Experience with ETL/ELT methodologies and tools.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot complex data and reporting issues.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a proven ability to work independently and guide a team.
  • A strong grasp of analytics, business intelligence, and reporting principles.

Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
