Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Purchase Executive to join our procurement team. The ideal candidate will assist in sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing materials, equipment, and services required by the company, while ensuring timely delivery and cost efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and evaluate suppliers, vendors, and quotations.
- Issue purchase orders and track deliveries to ensure timely procurement.
- Maintain and update procurement records, reports, and inventory levels.
- Build and maintain strong supplier relationships to ensure quality and reliability.
- Coordinate with internal departments to understand purchasing requirements.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules.
- Monitor and ensure adherence to budgets and cost-control procedures.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in a procurement or purchasing role.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel); knowledge of ERP systems is a plus.
- Attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines.
- Knowledge of inventory management and supply chain practices.
