Key duties include vendor management, inventory control, and coordinating with internal departments to meet procurement needs. The role requires strong negotiation, analytical, and organizational skills. Responsibilities
- **Vendor management**: Source and evaluate potential suppliers based on price, quality, and delivery speed. Negotiate contracts and pricing with suppliers and maintain strong vendor relationships.
- **Procurement and ordering**: Manage the purchase order process, from creating purchase orders to tracking and ensuring the timely delivery of goods.
- **Inventory control**: Monitor stock levels and place orders to maintain optimal inventory, preventing stockouts and minimizing costs.
- **Quality assurance**: Ensure purchased products and services meet the organization's quality standards and requirements.
- **Internal coordination**: Collaborate with various departments to understand their procurement needs and forecast demand.
- **Reporting and analysis**: Prepare and maintain records of purchases, invoices, and delivery information. Analyze market trends and costs, and prepare reports on procurement activities and expenditures.
- **Issue resolution**: Address and resolve any issues with orders, deliveries, or supplier performance.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: A bachelor's degree
- **Experience**: Previous experience in a procurement or purchasing role
- **Skills**:

- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with procurement software and tools.
- A solid understanding of supply chain procedures and market trends.
- Attention to detail.
- **Two Wheeler & Driving Licence Must Required**:

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
