Purchase Executive

Identifying potential suppliers/vendors who can provide the required goods or services. This involves researching suppliers, obtaining quotes, and evaluating them based on factors such as price, quality, and reliability.
- Negotiating terms and conditions with suppliers to secure favorable pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules. This requires excellent communication and negotiation skills to ensure the best value for the company.
- Creating and processing purchase orders accurately and efficiently. This involves ensuring that all necessary details are included, such as item descriptions, quantities, prices, and delivery instructions.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers to foster collaboration and resolve any issues that may arise. This includes addressing quality concerns, delivery delays, and other supplier-related issues in a timely manner.
- Monitoring inventory levels and replenishing stock as needed to avoid shortages or excess inventory. Purchase Executives work closely with inventory management teams to ensure optimal inventory levels are maintained.
- Collaborating with finance teams to develop and manage budgets for procurement activities. Purchase Executives are responsible for ensuring that purchases are made within budgetary constraints while still meeting the company's needs.
- Staying informed about market trends, industry developments, and new product offerings to make informed purchasing decisions and identify cost-saving opportunities.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
