JOB SUMMERY

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented B.Tech Mechanical Engineering graduate to join our team as a Lab Testing Engineer. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting a wide range of mechanical tests on materials, components, and finished products to ensure they meet specified quality, performance, and reliability standards. This role requires a strong understanding of mechanical engineering principles, hands-on experience with testing equipment, meticulous data analysis, and a commitment to maintaining high laboratory standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. 
Understanding of Mechanical Systems
: Familiarity with mechanical systems, components, and principles.

2. 
Materials Science
: Knowledge of materials properties, testing methods, and applications.

3. 
Testing and Inspection
: Understanding of testing methods, including destructive and non-destructive testing (NDT).

4. 
Data Analysis:
Ability to collect, analyse, and interpret data from testing and experimentation.

5. 
Familiarity with Testing Equipment:
Knowledge of testing equipment, such as universal testing machines, hardness testers, and impact testers.

6. 
Quality Control
: Understanding of quality control principles and procedures.

7. 
Problem-Solving:
Ability to identify and troubleshoot issues in testing and experimentation.

8. 
Type of Test:-
Types of tests may include (but are not limited to): PPE ( Personal Protective equipment )Tensile strength, Compression strength, Hardness, Impact, Abrasion, Vibration, Durability, Environmental (temperature, humidity, corrosion), and Functionality tests.

KEY SKILLS

· Basic technical knowledge of your core stream

· Good communication and teamwork

· Problem-solving attitude

· Willingness to learn and adapt

· Knowledge of MS Office, or relevant tools
