We are currently looking for an Operations Manager to manage the day-to-day operations of our Celebrity and Talent Linked Deals and management of creative talent.

Reporting of the role

This role reports to the Business Head.

What your day job looks like at DArtist Talent Ventures:

  • Managing Brand & celebrity led schedules, shoot, travel etc.
  • Managing the shoot and client requirements of the celebrity directly or via their managers
  • Client Servicing
  • Contract Management
  • Dispute Management
  • Timely Approvals and campaign led servicing
  • Making sure all travel, boarding, staff requirements of the talent are booked and taken care of
  • Prompt coordination

Minimum qualifications:

  • 6 + years of experience
  • Post graduate preferred
  • Prior experience as a celebrity manager , Client servicing of a creative agency or experience in production houses managing celebrities.
