JD:

Project & Delivery Management

  • Own end-to-end delivery across scope, timeline, cost, and quality.

  • Manage multiple parallel projects including MVNO launches, system

integrations, and platform enhancements.

  • Coordinate closely with Engineering, QA, Product, DevOps, and external

partners.

  • Identify technical and delivery risks early and proactively mitigate them.

  • Review technical approaches and implementation plans to ensure feasibility

and alignment with timelines.

Agile & Scrum Responsibilities

  • Act as Scrum Master for assigned teams.

  • Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

  • Ensure adherence to Agile best practices and continuous improvement.

JIRA Ownership & Process Governance

  • Own JIRA configuration, workflows, boards, issue types, and sprint setups.

  • Ensure JIRA is the single source of truth for delivery tracking.

  • Maintain backlog hygiene, story quality, acceptance criteria, and sprint

discipline.

Dashboards & Reporting

  • Create and maintain delivery dashboards covering sprint progress, velocity,

release readiness, defects, and dependencies.

  • Provide data-driven status reports to leadership and stakeholders.

  • Highlight risks, technical bottlenecks, and corrective actions using objective

metrics.

Stakeholder & Business Alignment

  • Conduct regular sync-ups with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Translate business requirements into executable delivery plans.

  • Support release planning, go-live readiness, and post-release verification.

Technical Responsibilities

  • Understand application architecture, system integrations, and data flows.

  • Possess working knowledge of relational databases, data models, and queries.

  • Understand Java-based application development and typical enterprise

frameworks.

  • Review high-level technical designs and solution approaches with engineering

teams.

  • Participate in technical discussions to assess complexity, effort, and

dependencies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.

  • 7+ years of experience in technical project management.

  • Strong experience acting as Scrum Master in Agile teams.

  • Hands-on expertise with JIRA and Agile delivery tools.

  • Solid understanding of databases, Java applications, APIs, and system

integrations.

  • Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and SDLC.

  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Good to Have

  • Experience in Telecom / MVNO / BSS / OSS platforms.

  • Experience in SaaS or platform-based products.

  • Exposure to cloud environments and DevOps practices.

  • Agile or Project Management certifications (CSM, SAFe, PMP)
