Data Expertise: Strong understanding of data modeling, data governance, data quality, and data integration principles.
Business Translation: Ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable and efficient MDM solutions.
Stakeholder Management: Exceptional communication and collaboration skills with the ability to influence and manage senior stakeholders.
Documentation & Standards: Experience in developing data standards, stewardship processes, and best practices documentation Good Have Skills :
Experience in Data Management, Data Integration , Data Implementation, Data Governance, MDM Tools, Data Cleansing & Profiling, Team Handling & Leadership, Project Handling, Data Auditing, Write Documentation.
Roles and Responsibilities :
Act as the subject matter expert (SME) for an assigned data domain within the Master Data Management (MDM) ecosystem. 2.Develop a deep understanding of all source systems that feed into the MDM platform.
Create and maintain detailed stewardship documentation for the assigned domain.
Define, implement, and enforce rules and data standards to ensure consistency and accuracy.
Design metrics and KPIs to measure data quality improvements and communicate business value.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Data Engineering, BI, and Business Units to ensure data solutions meet business needs.
Lead data issue resolution activities and support data governance initiatives.
