Strong organizational, research, and problem-solving abilities.
Comfortable using computers, online tools, and databases for information retrieval.

Roles and Responsibilities :
Outreach: Contact homeowners and HOAs to gather current and accurate information.
Information Handling: Understand business objectives and resolve HOA-related concerns.
Data Collection: Document details meticulously based on conversations.
System Management: Ensure all information is properly recorded in workflow systems.
Quality Assurance: Maintain accuracy and completeness of records.
Compliance: Follow all internal policies and standards during interactions.
Reporting: Share daily/weekly call activity and insights with leadership.
