Workforce Intelligence Analyst

The Senior Analyst Workforce Intelligence will be responsible for conducting recurring and ad hoc data analysis using workforce data, reporting packages that identify, interpret, and communicate key trends and insights about the workforce in clean and concise deliverables. The role requires working with a team of diverse experts to build solutions that transform HR and its services.


Responsibilities
  • Conducting recurring and ad hoc data analysis using workforce data
  • Reporting packages that identify, interpret, and communicate key trends and insights about the workforce
  • Developing and maintaining existing workforce dashboards using Microsoft Power BI
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to develop and scale workforce dashboards for use across the enterprise
  • Participating in the peer review process by preparing and having deliverables reviewed

Requirements
  • 4-6 years of directly related experience with relevant Bachelor's degree
  • Relevant experience using analytic, business intelligence, and/or data mining tools such as Alteryx, Power BI, and Qlik
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, collaborate across multiple time zones, effectively manage multiple simultaneous deliverables, and meet tight deadlines
  • Proven ability to synthesize complex information in a short timeframe
  • Moderate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, template, forecast generation, charts, and algebraic and statistical methods and concepts

Preferred Qualifications
  • Interest in research and a natural intellectual curiosity
  • Experience in human resources, talent acquisition, workforce planning, business analysis, industry research, management consulting, strategic planning, and/or quantitative analysis

Working Conditions
  • This role will be primarily virtual

Education Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree, relevant degrees may include Human Resources, Business, Finance, I-O Psychology, Mathematics
