The Associate Researcher will play a key role in supporting the company's research and insights initiatives. This role involves collecting and analyzing market, consumer, and industry data to generate actionable insights that support brand strategy, product innovation, and business decisions. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and passionate about turning data into stories that drive impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct secondary and primary research to gather market, consumer, and competitive intelligence.
  • Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
  • Prepare research reports, presentations, and dashboards for internal and client use.
  • Support the design and execution of surveys, interviews, and focus groups.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (strategy, marketing, design, and tech) to integrate insights into business solutions.
  • Track industry developments, emerging trends, and new methodologies in market research.
  • Maintain organized documentation and ensure data accuracy and integrity across projects.
  • Contribute creative inputs to research frameworks, proposals, and pitch decks.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Psychology, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in corporate or market research, analytics, or consulting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in tools like Excel, SPSS, Power BI, or Google Sheets.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills — able to simplify complex data into clear insights.
  • Working knowledge of research methodologies and data visualization techniques.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in brand, consumer, or behavioral research.
  • Familiarity with survey tools (Google Forms, Typeform, Qualtrics) and presentation tools (PowerPoint, Canva).
  • Exposure to client interaction, proposal writing, or project coordination.
