Prepare Payasam Projects as per the direction of R&D Head/Pollachi RD executive.
- Initiate Projects and facilitate the action plans along with R&D Head/Pollachi RD executive
- Analyze various project datas, prepare primary reports and review with R&D Head/Pollachi RD executive
- Execute assigned NEPDIN projects.
- Prepare various statistical reports as per the direction R&D Head/Pollachi RD executive
- Maintain Project reports, datas, documents and secure them.
- Verify all master datas and files and ensure compliances
- Prepare Monthly reports of R&D
- Take the initiative to do various R&D Trials
- Coordinate with Marketing Team, Sales team etc. for various works of Payasam Mixes.
- Prepare various PPTs and review with R&D Head/Pollachi RD executive
- Liase with other departments like Admin, Legal etc. for various tasks like Patent Registration etc.
- Do and prepare presentation of Benchmark studies
- Facilitate the execution of various training plans
- Consolidate KPI reports and statistics on Monthly basis and review with R&D Head/Pollachi RD executive
- Do and amend the BOM of Payasam Mixes.

KPI for the Position:

- Develop Payasam mixes with a protected Margin padding but with Competitive pricing.
- Monitor product performance by conducting benchmark studies and correcting the systems to maximize sales and profits.
- Imparting Research & Development Knowledge to peers and others through Strategic Coaching Sessions drives the significance of 'no compromise on Specs'.

Qualification:
Age: Minimum: 21 Maximum: 30 Work Location: Pollachi

Minimum Educational Qualification: B.Tech in Food Technology / B.Tech in Dairy Technology / BSc in Food Science & Technology

Work Experience: 1 Years/Thorough Knowledge in Food processing

Functional Skills: Communication, Teamwork, Creativity, Time Management

Behavioral Skills: Problem solving, Critical Thinking, Decision Making

Personal Characteristics: Interpersonal Skills, Logical Thinking

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
