Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Gurugram for an HR and Admin professional. The role involves managing HR functions, developing and implementing HR policies, overseeing employee benefits administration, and ensuring efficient personnel management. Additional day-to-day responsibilities include supporting recruitment, maintaining compliance with employment laws, managing office administration, and fostering a positive and productive work environment.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) tasks, including recruitment, employee engagement, and compliance with HR practices
  • Strong knowledge in HR Management and HR Policies
  • Experience in handling Employee Benefits and Personnel Management
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to effectively manage administrative functions and maintain records
  • Proficiency in using HR management software and tools is desirable
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Previous experience in an HR or administrative role is preferred
