About the Role:

We are hiring a dynamic HR - admin to manage end-to-end HR operations — from recruitment and payroll to administration and employee relations. If you are organized, people-focused, and enjoy multitasking, this role is for you

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle recruitment: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new hires.
  • Manage payroll and attendance records accurately every month.
  • Maintain employee files, HR documentation, and compliance records.
  • Oversee office administration and coordinate with vendors when needed.
  • Foster employee engagement and workplace communication.
  • Address employee queries and support management in HR policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR / Business Administration (MBA preferred).
  • 1–3 years of relevant HR experience.
  • Good knowledge of HR operations, payroll, and statutory compliance.
  • Excellent communication skills — communication is a must.
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
