Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Real Estate Virtual Assistant to support our real estate operations. This is an on-site role in Faridabad, ideal for candidates who want hands-on exposure to the U.S. real estate market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage CRM systems (leads, follow-ups)
  • Handle email communication and calendar scheduling
  • Assist with listing management (MLS, portals, documentation)
  • Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and basic marketing materials
  • Coordinate with agents, clients, and internal teams
  • Perform internet research and administrative support tasks

Requirements:

  • Prior experience as a Real Estate VA or in real estate operations (preferred)
  • Familiarity with CRMs (e.g., Follow Up Boss, KVCore, Zoho, Salesforce, etc.)
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills
  • Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
  • Highly organized, reliable, and detail-focused
  • Willingness to work on-site in Faridabad

Good to Have:

  • Experience working with U.S. real estate clients
  • Understanding of MLS, listings, and lead management
  • Background in cold calling, lead follow-up, or transaction coordination
