Digital Marketing Intern – Makhija Quantum AI (Unit of Honey Makhija Group)

Location: Powai, Mumbai

Internship Stipend: ₹5,000 per month (1 Year)

Post-Internship Salary: ₹15,000 per month (Full-Time, based on performance)

Work Schedule:

  • Monday to Thursday – Work from Office (8 AM to 5 PM)
  • Friday & Saturday – Work from Home
  • Sunday – Weekly Off

Role Overview

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Intern to handle the complete digital marketing ecosystem of the Honey Makhija Group — including Makhija Quantum AI, Honey Makhija Rice Pvt. Ltd., Shri Mumma Food Industries, and the Makhija Foundation.

This is not a traditional advertising role. The selected candidate will be responsible for achieving measurable growth through AI, automation, and creative strategy — without paid marketing budgets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and manage digital campaigns across social media, Google, and YouTube using organic and AI-driven methods.
  • Build and maintain content calendars, automate social media activities, and track engagement through free tools and dashboards.
  • Design high-quality visual content, reels, and creatives using tools such as Canva, HeyGen, ChatGPT, CapCut, and other AI platforms.
  • Execute influencer collaborations and digital PR campaigns without financial expenditure.
  • Grow brand visibility, social media reach, and audience engagement for all group brands.
  • Develop and manage content strategies for SEO, blogs, and digital storytelling.
  • Analyze performance data and present weekly insights to management.
