Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled IT Generalist to support our US-based clients remotely. This role involves assisting with general IT operations, user account management, and collaboration tool support, primarily within Microsoft 365 environments. Familiarity with Microsoft 365 services is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

· Provide remote IT support for US clients across various time zones.

· Assist with user account setup and management in Microsoft 365.

· Support email, SharePoint, and OneDrive configurations.

· Troubleshoot basic networking, software, and access issues.

· Collaborate with US-based engineering teams during project execution.

· Document processes and contribute to internal knowledge base.

· Ensure secure handling of client data and credentials.

Required Skills

· 6 - 10 years of experience in IT support or systems administration.

. Strong analysis & problem-solving skills

. Good team and vendor management skills

· Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive).

· Familiarity with identity management tools (e.g., Azure AD).

· Strong communication skills in English (verbal and written).

· Ability to work independently and manage remote tasks efficiently.

Preferred Qualifications and Capabilities

· Engineering Graduate / MCA

· Experience in coordinating support tickets with OEM for software like QuickBooks, Sales Force etc,

· Experience supporting international clients.

· Experience of working with and managing vendor resources

· Capability to create BI reports on PowerApps

· Exposure to remote desktop tools and ticketing systems.

· Basic understanding of DNS and domain management.

Work Schedule

Monday to Friday 8.00 pm to 4.00 am India time

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹800, ₹1,200,000.00 per year
