We are now expanding our leadership team and seeking a hands-on Team Lead / Project Lead with 5-10 years of experience, who can drive client projects from concept to completion — ensuring quality, ownership, and delivery excellence.

Role Overview

As a Team Lead / Project Lead, you will be the key bridge between clients, stakeholders, and internal teams. You'll manage projects from requirement gathering to production deployment, ensuring technical soundness, team efficiency, and client satisfaction.

This role demands both technical depth and strong leadership — someone who can architect solutions, lead a multi-skilled team, and own delivery outcomes end-to-end.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the complete software development lifecycle: planning, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
  • Act as the primary client liaison — conduct requirement analysis, define project scope, and ensure timely, transparent communication.
  • Provide technical direction and mentorship to the team across multiple tech stacks. A hands-on lead is a must.
  • Ensure quality assurance through regular code and defect reviews, enforcing best practices and coding standards.
  • Take full ownership of project delivery, including planning, monitoring, and production release management.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams including freelancers to resolve production issues swiftly and efficiently.
  • Drive continuous improvement in performance, scalability, and reliability of deployed solutions.
  • Monitor and manage cloud environments (AWS/GCP) for stability and optimization.

Technical Skills & Experience

We're looking for a versatile tech leader with exposure to multiple modern technologies:

  • Frontend: ReactJS, NextJS, Angular
  • Backend: NodeJS, Python, Java, PHP
  • Databases: MySQL, PostgreSQL, NoSQL
  • Cloud & DevOps: AWS, CI/CD, Containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
  • APIs: REST, Postman, Swagger
  • Additional: AIML, Computer Vision / AI integration experience is a plus
  • Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and version control (Git/GitHub).
