Position: Content Team Lead

Work Mode: Remote (Work from Home)

Compensation: Milestone-Based (Performance & Target Driven)

Start Date: Immediate

What You'll Do:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy aligned with Algoric's marketing, sales, and branding objectives.
  • Lead and manage the content team to deliver engaging, high-quality content across all digital platforms.
  • Oversee content planning, creation, and publishing schedules to ensure brand consistency.
  • Collaborate closely with the Marketing, Sales, and Finance teams to align content with business goals.
  • Manage and refine content for social media, blogs, website, and campaigns to increase visibility and engagement.
  • Optimize all content for SEO, reach, and conversion, using analytics for continuous improvement.
  • Review, edit, and approve team deliverables to maintain professional standards and tone consistency.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience in content strategy, digital marketing, or editorial leadership.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, storytelling, and brand voice management.
  • Ability to lead and mentor a creative team effectively.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
  • Proficiency in tools like Canva, Notion, Trello, or WordPress.
  • Data-driven mindset with an understanding of content performance analytics.
  • Prior experience in a start-up or fast-paced environment preferred.
