**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and manage a team of freelance content writers and editors.
- Conduct topic research based on client requirements and provide up-to-date statistics and data.
- Review and edit drafts for spelling, grammar, punctuation, syntax, and scientific accuracy.
- Ensure that published content meets high standards of accuracy, clarity, and scientific rigor.
- Guarantee that all website content is accurate, up-to-date, understandable, and free from bias or conflict of interest.
- Manage a busy workload while adhering to deadlines.
- Create long-form or short-form content pieces as needed.
- Oversee the editorial calendar and ensure timely submissions.
- Ensure all content aligns with company and client requirements, following the in-house style guide.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Journalism, Mass Communication, Literature, or a related field.
- Experience in writing, copy editing, and proofreading.
- Ability to edit/proofread up to 7000 words per day.
- Strong command of both spoken and written English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, MS Word, Google Documents, and Sheets.
- Clear thought process and problem-solving skills.
- Team player with leadership aspirations.
