About the Role

GrowQuest Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Web & Graphics Designer who brings both creative flair and visual discipline. You'll design intuitive, elegant interfaces for websites and web apps, and create compelling brand assets that communicate identity and purpose — from logos and brand systems to social visuals and product showcases.

We're looking for someone who understands the balance between aesthetics and function — a designer who doesn't just make things look good, but makes them feel right.

Responsibilities

  • Design clean, modern, user-focused layouts for websites and web applications (no coding required).
  • Create brand identities including logos, typography, color palettes, and visual guidelines.
  • Design social media graphics, ad creatives, infographics, and marketing visuals.
  • Produce mockups, presentation assets, and product showcase materials.
  • Maintain design consistency and quality across all digital touchpoints.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to translate strategy into cohesive visuals.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in web and graphic design, with a strong portfolio.
  • Expertise in Figma, Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator (bonus: After Effects or similar).
  • Solid understanding of composition, typography, and layout principles.
  • Basic video editing skills for short promotional or social media clips is a plus.
  • Familiarity with AI-based design tools is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail, creative versatility, and consistency in delivery.

Nice to Have

  • Experience working with SaaS, agency, or eCommerce brands.
  • Awareness of UX fundamentals and user-centric visual design.
  • Passion for experimenting with new styles, formats, and tools.

Work Details

  • Type: Full-time (Remote / Work from Home)
  • Hours: 2 PM – 11 PM IST (Can be flexible)
  • Compensation: Above industry-standard salary, based on skill and portfolio strength.
