About the Role

We are looking for a creative Web Designer with 2+ years of experience who can design visually engaging, user-friendly websites and also contribute to creative graphic design projects. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of UI/UX principles, branding, and digital design, with the ability to bring both aesthetics and functionality together seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and maintain responsive websites that align with company and client branding.
  • Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
  • Collaborate with web developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately and efficiently.
  • Design digital marketing materials — including banners, social media creatives, email templates, infographics, and brochures.
  • Enhance the visual appeal and usability of web pages with effective layout, color, and typography choices.
  • Optimize web design for fast load times, SEO, and mobile responsiveness.
  • Support the marketing team with graphic design for ad campaigns, landing pages, and brand identity assets.
  • Stay current with design trends, UI/UX best practices, and emerging technologies.
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and deliver within deadlines.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Web Design, Graphic Design, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of professional experience in web and/or graphic design.
  • Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, and other design software.
  • Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles (basic coding knowledge preferred).
  • Knowledge of Php, or other CMS platforms.
  • Solid grasp of UI/UX design, usability testing, and accessibility standards.
  • Strong visual sense of composition, typography, and color harmony.
  • Attention to detail, creative flair, and the ability to adapt designs to different brand tones.

Preferred / Plus Skills

  • Experience in motion graphics or video editing (After Effects, Premiere Pro, or Canva video).
  • Familiarity with social media content design and digital ad creatives.
  • Knowledge of basic SEO and web performance optimization.
  • Understanding of print design (flyers, brochures, PPTs, product packaging).
  • Experience creating brand identity systems (logos, style guides, etc.).

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: ₹20, ₹60,000.00 per month

Expected hours: No less than 24 per week
