**Responsibilities**
- Develop creative designs for digital and print materials, including banners, brochures, social media posts, and product catalogs.
- Design and maintain responsive and aesthetically pleasing websites.
- Collaborate with marketing and content teams to create visuals aligned with campaigns.
- Create prototypes, wireframes, and layouts for new web pages and redesigns.
- Optimize images and graphics for web performance.
- Ensure consistent branding across all platforms.
- Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of **1 Year** experience in graphic and Web design.
- Proficiency in design tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, or Sketch.
- Experience with web design tools such as WordPress, Elementor, and basic coding knowledge (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
- Strong understanding of responsive and user-centered design principles.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

**Preferred Skills**
- Knowledge of e-commerce platforms like Shopify or WooCommerce.
- Experience with motion graphics or video editing.
- Basic understanding of SEO principles.
- Familiarity with frameworks like Bootstrap or Tailwind CSS.
