Relationship Manager

We are hiring smart female candidates for the post of customer service associates.

Responsibilities:

• Building rapport and relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business
• Building and maintaining profitable relationships with key customers.
• Resolve customer complaints quickly and efficiently.
• Upgrade product knowledge. Lead generation through various sources.
• Connect through messages/calls/in mail with prospective clients to map their requirements. Performs other related duties as assigned.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, culture, and business values.
• Achieve individual sales goals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to find creative solutions to customer problems
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
• A passion for delivering excellent customer service.

Requirements

• Female candidates only
• Qualification : Plus two and above
• Experienced/Freshers
• Basic computer knowledge required

Working time : Mon to Sat 9:30am to 5:30pm

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8, ₹14,000.00 per month
