Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Associate located in Vadakara. Daily tasks include engaging with customers to understand their needs, providing product or service information, recommending suitable solutions, and closing sales. Additional responsibilities include maintaining accurate sales records, achieving sales targets, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction at every stage of the sales process.

Qualifications

• Proven skills in Customer Engagement, Relationship Management, and Client Relations
• Experience in Sales Strategies, Negotiation, and Closing Techniques
• Ability to effectively communicate, both verbally and in writing
• Organizational skills, including record-keeping and working towards targets
• Familiarity with basic Point-of-Sale (POS) systems or CRM tools is a plus
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive demeanor
• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or Marketing is a plus
