Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 2+ years of experience in IT or service-based sales, with a strong command over cold calling, platform bidding, email campaigns, and handling international clients. Excellent communication skills and a proactive sales approach are essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads through cold calling, email marketing, and online platforms (Upwork, Freelancer, Upwork, Freelancer, Clutch, , , , ContactOut, SalesQL, RocketReach, etc.)
Bid on relevant projects and convert potential leads into long-term business
Develop and maintain relationships with international clients.
Maintain a sales pipeline and meet monthly/quarterly targets
Prepare sales reports and updates for management review
Identify new markets and business opportunities
Having Experience in CRM like (HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales Hub)
VoIP tools for international calling, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, LinkedIn Sales Navigator
Required Skills:
2+ years of experience in business development or sales (IT services preferred)
Expertise in cold calling, email campaigns, and online bidding platforms
Experience in dealing with international clients
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently
Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking software is a plusEducational
Flexible and available to take client calls between 7 PM and 11 PM, as needed, to accommodate global collaboration and ensure smooth execution.
Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
