Job Summary:  

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 2+ years of experience in IT or service-based sales, with a strong command over cold calling, platform bidding, email campaigns, and handling international clients. Excellent communication skills and a proactive sales approach are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:  

  • Generate leads through cold calling, email marketing, and online platforms (Upwork, Freelancer, Upwork, Freelancer, Clutch, , , , ContactOut, SalesQL, RocketReach, etc.)

  • Bid on relevant projects and convert potential leads into long-term business

  • Develop and maintain relationships with international clients.

  • Maintain a sales pipeline and meet monthly/quarterly targets

  • Prepare sales reports and updates for management review

  • Identify new markets and business opportunities

  • Having Experience in CRM like (HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales Hub)

  • VoIP tools for international calling, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, LinkedIn Sales Navigator

Required Skills:  

  • 2+ years of experience in business development or sales (IT services preferred)

  • Expertise in cold calling, email campaigns, and online bidding platforms

  • Experience in dealing with international clients

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently

  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking software is a plusEducational

  • Flexible and available to take client calls between 7 PM and 11 PM, as needed, to accommodate global collaboration and ensure smooth execution.

Qualification:  

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
