Position objective:
The Inside Sales Executive is responsible for generating and managing remote sales opportunities for a
diverse range of products, primarily targeting electronics and furniture retailers. This role focuses on
achieving sales targets and managing customer relationships—all while working from a remote location,
with no travel required. This is an individual contributor role.
Key responsibilities areas-
- Lead Generation: Proactively identify and qualify new sales leads using digital tools and remote
outreach methods (calls, emails, virtual meetings).
- Sales Conversion: Manage the full sales cycle remotely—from initial contact to closing deals—
ensuring cash flow realization for the company.
- Customer Relationship Management: Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through
effective remote engagement and support.
- CRM Utilization: Accurately record customer interactions and sales progress in the CRM system.
- Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams to align on customer needs and provide timely
solutions.Requirements:
Essential:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in inside sales or a related remote sales environment is a must, preferably in hindi
speaking retailer sales segments.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently in a remote setting.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and remote communication platforms.
- Achievement of remote sales revenue targets.
- Customer engagement and retention rates.
- Efficiency in lead conversion and sales process management.
