  • Budget Management – Allocate and monitor marketing spends to maximize ROI.
  • Sales Support – Partner with sales teams to design promotions and generate qualified leads.
  • Customer Engagement – Enhance relationships with buyers and investors; integrate feedback mechanisms.
  • Team Leadership – Build, mentor, and guide a high-performing marketing team.
  • Performance & Reporting – Establish KPIs, track effectiveness, and present insights to management.
  • Compliance – Ensure adherence to legal, ethical, and industry norms.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Education: Graduate degree in Marketing/Business; MBA preferred.
  • Experience: 10+ years in real estate marketing with at least 5 years in leadership.
