Role Description
The Area Sales Manager will oversee sales operations, expand business opportunities, and maintain strong client relationships within the assigned territory. Responsible for implementing sales strategies, supervising a team of sales representatives, and meeting revenue targets. The role also involves analyzing market trends, identifying potential customers, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving. This full-time position requires on-site work and is based in Kanpur.
Qualifications
- Sales and business development skills, including the ability to meet targets and create effective sales strategies
- Client relationship management skills and the ability to build rapport with customers
- Market research and trend analysis abilities
- Team management skills, including supervision and development of sales staff
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Comfortable working on-site in Kanpur and familiar with the regional market
- A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Previous experience in sales, preferably in a related industry, is a strong advantage
