Job Details:
Locations: Indore | Ujjain | Ratlam | Bhopal | Khandwa
CTC: ₹4 – ₹8 LPA (Based on experience & role)
Gender Preference: Male
Qualification: Graduation
Required Experience:
2+ years in Cash Credit (CC), Overdraft (OD) & Term Loan handling
5+ years in Marketing (Finance/Banking industry preferred)
2+ years of Team Management experience (for ASM role)
Strong business acumen, leadership & communication skills
Must have a valid driving license & own 2-wheeler
Key Responsibilities:
Develop & execute strategic sales plans to achieve targets
Lead, coach & motivate the sales team (ASM role)
Build and maintain strong client relationships (RM role)
Identify and expand new business opportunities
Design effective marketing & promotional campaigns
