Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales progress.
• Itinerary Creation & Quotation:
• Prepare customized travel itineraries and quotations based on client requirements.
• Coordinate with vendors, hotels, and transport providers to ensure seamless arrangements.
• Call Handling & Sales Closing:
• Handle inbound and outbound calls to convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
• Understand client preferences, suggest suitable packages, and negotiate effectively.
• Follow up on pending leads and close deals confidently.
• Customer Engagement & Relationship Management:
• Provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
• Address queries, resolve concerns, and build strong client relationships.
• Work closely with the marketing and operations team to align sales strategies.
• Provide daily/weekly sales reports to management.
Key Requirements:
• Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment and close sales efficiently.
• Good knowledge of travel destinations, tour packages, and pricing structures.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Previous experience working in a travel agency or tour operator company.
• Fluency in English for effective communication
Probation Period: 3 Months
Upon receiving the offer, the employee will undergo a
3-month probation period
