Senior Brand Manager

Job Description

:

• Lead brand social media planning and execution, including content creation, performance media result analysis and optimization, and continuous learning from industry trends.
• Develop annual communication master plan with deep consumer insight and social behavior understanding.
• Full ownership of performance result and budget planning.
• Partner with multi-functional team and different external stakeholders to deliver operational perfection.

Requirement:

• At least 2 years working experience in performance/digital marketing. Prefer candidate with proven record of holistic social media operation, especially the platform of RED/Douyin etc.
• Bachelors degree or above, proficient in English speaking and writing.
• Goal achiever with strong can-do attitude, self-motivated accountability.
• Data sensitivity and high attention to details. Proven performance-driven ownership with logical problem-solving.
• Strong leadership and proven strong collaboration skill to move different counterparts to one same goal.
