You will work closely with senior professionals to analyze market trends, evaluate growth opportunities, and support critical decision-making processes and gain exposure to the entire strategy development.Job Responsibilities: Strategic Analysis & Problem Solving: Conduct in-depth research and analysis on the semiconductor, automotive, and industrial market, competitive landscape, emerging technologies, and potential investment and partnership opportunities in China. Financial Modeling & Data Analysis: Develop and maintain complex financial models in Excel to evaluate business cases, forecast performance, and assess the viability of strategic projects. High-Impact Communication: Create compelling, clear, and executive-ready presentations (PPT) to synthesize complex data and strategic recommendations for senior management and key stakeholders. Project Support: Play an active role in cross-functional strategic projects, from initial hypothesis formation to final recommendation, ensuring rigorous analysis and structured problem-solving. Apply a structured problem-solving framework: Break down business challenges, design analysis plans, and develop actionable recommendations. Qualifications: Undergraduate and/or masters degree with a strong record of academic achievement.
