Responsibilities will include:

This role is responsible for translating the national service training strategy into actionable regional plans, overseeing execution through Regional Training Managers, and ensuring consistent delivery of high-impact training programs across geographies.

This role plays a critical part in driving capability development, service effectiveness, and alignment with business goals.

Strategy Execution & Alignment

Translate the national service/CX training strategy into regional execution plans.  Align regional training goals with business priorities and ensure consistent implementation across zones.

Support the National Training Manager in refining training policies, processes, and content frameworks.

Team Leadership & Development

  • Lead and co-manage a team of Regional Training Managers along with ZTHs, providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback.
    • Build a high-performance culture within the training team and foster collaboration across regions.

    Identify skill gaps and development needs within the team and drive capability-building initiatives.

Program Design & Delivery

  • Oversee the design and delivery of training programs focused on services productivity, customer service, consultative selling, and product/process knowledge.

    Ensure training content is relevant, engaging, and aligned with organizational standards.

    Monitor training effectiveness and recommend improvements based on feedback and performance data.

Stakeholder Collaboration -

Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure training programs support business objectives.

Collaborate with external vendors and internal content teams for program development and deployment.
