Note: This role requires willingness to work the night shift to align with our global business operations.

Key Responsibilities :

As a Junior Associate, you will be the dynamic support system for our core operations team, focusing on:

  • Active Team Involvement: Be the central hub for team coordination, proactively reaching out to team members, managing communication flow, and ensuring smooth daily operations.
  • Administrative & Research Assistance: Provide essential administrative support, manage documentation, schedule meetings, and conduct basic research necessary for various projects.
  • "Out-of-the-Box" Problem Solving: We value fresh ideas You will be expected to observe existing processes and contribute innovative suggestions for efficiency, team engagement, and problem resolution.
  • Data Management: Assist in compiling, organizing, and maintaining critical business data and reports with high accuracy.
  • Communication Bridge: Act as an effective liaison between various internal teams or departments, ensuring timely information exchange.

What We Are Looking For :

  • Gender & Experience: Female fresher (recent graduate with 0-1 years of experience).
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in any field (B.A., B.Com., B.Sc., BBA, etc.).
  • Attitude: Highly proactive, energetic, and engaging. A strong desire to be involved and assist others is crucial.
  • Skillset: Excellent communication (written and verbal), strong organizational skills, and proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Mindset: Demonstrates a willingness to challenge the status quo and suggest creative, non-traditional solutions.
  • Availability: Must be ready and willing to work the night shift (e.g., 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM IST or similar hours) as our primary business partners operate globally.
