To design, implement, and manage effective HR practices that support organizational growth. The role involves policy formulation, compliance management, recruitment, employee engagement, and performance support. The HR Officer will act as a bridge between management and employees, ensuring smooth communication, a positive workplace culture, and alignment of workforce capabilities with business.
Roles and responsibilities
A. Recruitment & Onboarding:
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job posting, candidate screening, interview coordination, and offer letters.
Develop and execute a smooth onboarding process to welcome new employees and ensure a positive start.
2. Attendance & Payroll :
Administer monthly payroll and manage employee benefits.
Ensure accurate and timely processing of salaries, deductions, and reimbursements.
3. HR Administration & Compliance:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and databases.
Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations.
Ensure adherence to company policies as needed.
4. Performance & Development:
Assist in implementing and tracking performance management processes.
Help identify training and development needs for employees.
5. Employee Relations & Engagement:
Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries regarding policies, benefits, and general HR matters.
Organize team-building activities, events, and other initiatives to foster a positive company culture.
Handle employee grievances and conflicts, ensuring a fair and timely resolution.
6. MIS Reports :
Preparing monthly MIS reports covering key metrics like employee attendance, leave, payrolls.
Qualifications MBA / PGDM in HR or related field Experience 2–3yearsin HR Generalist Role Preferrable Industry Engineering / Manufacturing /
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25, ₹40,000.00 per month
