Qualification: Graduation in any field.
*Preferred Graduation in BHM (Bachelor of Hospital Management)
Experience: 1 yrs & Above (Freshers Can also Apply)
Job Description:
Patient registration - maintain the required speed.
Admission & bed booking - Maintain accuracy in admission & allotment of bed.
Fixing up of appointments - Help for appointment scheduling.
Handling enquiries and guiding them duly - To be courteous while dealing with patients and bystanders and to ensure that all customers are attended promptly and ensure the highest care constantly.
Handling of complaints:- Minimize the customer complaints by ensuring highest level of Customer care.
Handling revisits patients.
Re-scheduling of the appointments.
Receiving and connecting calls and giving necessary information regarding facilities of the hospital.
Clear the doubts and give information about the tests and procedures to the customers.
Answer the telephone while maintaining proper telephone etiquette.
Responsible for keeping the reception area clean and organized.
Registers new patients and updates existing patient demographics by collecting detailed patient information.
Facilitates patient flow by notifying the provider of patients arrival, being aware of delays, and communicating with patients and clinical staff.
Responds to inquiries by patients, prospective patients, and visitors in a courteous manner.
Keeps medical office supplies adequately stocked by anticipating inventory needs, placing orders, and monitoring office equipment.
Protects patient confidentiality.
Reviewing all forms for accuracy and completion as per policies prior to accepting
To be presentable at all times and ensure grooming standards are maintained
Patient Data collection, obtaining and entering new patient demographics and other details in software, maintaining the Hospital Management System properly.
To register and make the billing of Inpatient & discharge patients billing.
To monitor and coordinate with the nursing station for allocation of attender for patient card.
To undertake any other tasks or responsibilities assigned by the superiors from time to time.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹9, ₹15,000.00 per month
