We are looking for a smart, friendly, and well-presented Receptionist to manage our front desk and handle daily administrative tasks. You will be the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees, ensuring a positive and professional company image.


Key Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome visitors in a polite and professional manner.

Answer, screen, and forward phone calls promptly.

Maintain reception area cleanliness and presentation.

Handle incoming and outgoing mail, couriers, and deliveries.

Manage visitor logbook and issue visitor badges.

Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments.

Provide basic administrative support to HR or other departments.

Assist in maintaining office supplies and inventory.


Requirements:

Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate preferred.

Good communication skills in English and Hindi.

Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Professional appearance and pleasant personality.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹9, ₹12,000.00 per month
