Role & responsibilities

  • Merchant Acquisition: Identify and onboard digital merchants to expand our network, focusing on those seeking advanced payment technology solutions.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed acquisition targets and revenue goals.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with merchants, understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction with our services.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of our payment technology, payment gateways, and market oriented technology offerings to effectively present and sell these solutions to potential merchants.
  • Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and threats.
  • Reporting: Prepare regular reports on sales activities, performance metrics, and forecasts to inform management and guide strategic decision-making.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer support teams to ensure a seamless merchant onboarding process and the successful implementation of our solutions.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Bachelor's & degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment
  • Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements in fintech/ digital payments.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and create actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
