Job Description: ServiceMax & Salesforce Developer

Location: Hybrid – Bengaluru / Pune / Hyderabad

Experience: 6–8 Years

Role Summary:

We are seeking a skilled ServiceMax & Salesforce Developer to design, develop, and implement customized solutions on the Salesforce and ServiceMax platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in Service Cloud, Field Service Management, and Apex development, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams in a hybrid working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop scalable solutions on Salesforce and ServiceMax platforms.
  • Customize and configure ServiceMax modules (Installed Base, Work Order Management, Dispatch Console, Preventive Maintenance).
  • Develop Apex classes, triggers, Visualforce pages, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and APIs.
  • Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP web services.
  • Gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Perform unit testing, data migration, and deployment management using DevOps tools.
  • Provide production support, troubleshoot issues, and optimize performance.
  • Prepare technical documentation, solution designs, and deployment plans.
  • Collaborate with functional consultants, architects, and business stakeholders.

Required Skills:

  • 6–8 years of hands-on development experience in Salesforce and ServiceMax.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud & Field Service concepts.
  • Expertise in Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL/SOSL, Process Builder, and Flow.
  • Experience with ServiceMax configuration and Field Service modules.
  • Knowledge of integration tools: REST/SOAP APIs, Dell Boomi, MuleSoft, etc.
  • Experience with version control and CI/CD (Git, Jenkins, Copado, or similar).

Work Mode:

Hybrid – Bangalore / Pune / Hyderabad

Job Type: Contract

Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹150, ₹175,000.00 per month
