Position Overview:

We're seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Manager to oversee all accounting operations, maintain accurate financial records, ensure compliance with statutory requirements, and support strategic financial planning. If you have a strong accounting background and a passion for the travel industry, we'd love to hear from you

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day accounting operations including accounts payable, receivable, and bank reconciliations.
  • Handle client billing, vendor payments, and invoicing with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and MIS reports.
  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
  • Coordinate with travel consultants and operations teams for revenue and cost tracking.
  • Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other regulatory requirements.
  • Liaise with auditors, tax consultants, and financial institutions.
  • Implement and monitor internal controls and financial policies.
  • Work efficiently on accounting software (Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, or similar).

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • 4–6 years of experience in accounting, preferably in travel, tourism, or hospitality.
  • Strong understanding of Indian accounting standards, GST, and TDS.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organization, and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
