Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Account Manager, located in Kolkata. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, and building strong, long-term relationships with clients. Daily tasks will include handling client communications, addressing inquiries and issues, preparing reports, and collaborating with internal teams to meet client needs. The Account Manager will also be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and contributing to the overall growth of the company.
Qualifications
- Account management and client relationship skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Experience with report preparation and data analysis
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with the structural steel industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
