Financial Management & Reporting

  • Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements, balance sheets, and profit & loss accounts.
  • Ensure timely preparation of MIS reports for management decision-making.
  • Conduct variance analysis of actual vs. budgeted performance.
  • Develop financial strategies to improve efficiency and profitability.

Costing & Budgeting

  • Maintain and monitor cost sheets for raw materials, WIP, and finished goods.
  • Implement standard costing and variance analysis.
  • Prepare budgets and forecasts; monitor expenses against approved budgets.
  • Support cost optimization initiatives and identify areas for cost savings.

Compliance & Audit

  • Ensure compliance with statutory regulations (GST, TDS, Income Tax, Companies Act, etc.).
  • Handle statutory audits, internal audits, and tax audits.
  • Maintain proper documentation for regulatory filings.
  • Liaise with auditors, tax consultants, and government authorities.

Accounts & Controls

  • Oversee accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and general ledger.
  • Ensure accuracy in inventory valuation and reconciliation.
  • Implement effective internal financial controls.
  • Manage vendor payments and credit control.

Taxation & Treasury

  • Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other applicable taxes.
  • Manage cash flow, fund flow, and working capital requirements.
  • Support banking activities including LC, BG, loans, and credit facilities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹700, ₹1,200,000.00 per year
