Job Title: Chartered Accountant (CA)

About the Role:

We are looking for a qualified and experienced Chartered Accountant to handle the company's financial operations, compliance, and strategic planning. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, in-depth knowledge of accounting principles, and experience in financial management, auditing, and taxation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee the entire accounting process and financial reporting.
  • Prepare and review financial statements, budgets, and MIS reports.
  • Handle statutory compliance including GST, TDS, and Income Tax.
  • Conduct internal audits and ensure adherence to regulatory standards.
  • Liaise with banks, auditors, and government authorities.
  • Analyze financial data to support decision-making and improve profitability.
  • Manage cash flow, forecasting, and financial risk.
  • Support management in strategic planning and cost control measures.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with valid certification.
  • Minimum 5 years of post-qualification experience.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, and auditing.
  • Proficiency in Tally, Excel, and financial ERP systems.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
  • Experience in banking and finance preferred.
